More Hispanics eat organic food (41%) compared to the general population (34%). There is quite a significant difference in the revenue growth rate of consumer packaged goods that market towards Hispanics than those who don't. Tortilla and taco kits are outselling hamburger and hot dog buns. Salsa has almost twice the dollar sales of ketchup!

Lucuma is also known as the "egg fruit" and is the subtropical fruit of the sub perennial tree. It's native to Peru and called "Gold of the Incas". It was a top 2012 flavor by Food Product Design.

Industrial hemp resists most pests, making it a very environmentally friendly crop. Hemp has a nutty flavor, high in protein, and has a rich oil texture and can be treated like almost every other nut.
What is Maca Root?
Maca Root is a vegetable and member of the brassica (mustard) family. It is native to the Peruvian Andes and parts of Bolivia. Inca warriors used maca root to sustain energy during long battles. Today we use it in smoothies, cereals, and soups to name a few. It has a malted or toasted oat flavor and blends well. It smells like butterscotch and it's malty flavor pairs well with anything chocolate.
